Michèle C. Brideau Consulting Ltd.
Michèle is a dynamic and engaging facilitator whose workshops address the on-the-ground realities that non-profits face. She shares the knowledge and experience she has acquired over more than 20 years as a human resource expert in both the non-profit and private sectors.
In recent years, when social media went from a fad to a new communication medium, Michèle recognized its potential and invested the time and resources necessary to master this fast paced environment. She now offers consulting work in social media strategic planning and training.
Michèle has provided training and consulting to non-profit organizations such as the Urban Core Support Network, Elementary Literacy, Saint John Family Resource Centre, and the Crescent Valley Community Tenants Association.

Co-operative Enterprise Council of NB (CECNB) – Wendy Keats, Mandy Burke and Christina Allain
Wendy Keats, CECNB Executive Director, has more than 30 years of experience with community economic development, social enterprise and non-profits. She has held roles ranging from volunteer and fundraiser to manager and trainer.
Mandy Burke joined the Saint John Community Loan Fund as their Social Enterprise Developer in January of 2015. She brings 15 years of experience to the role, having previously worked in business development within commercial and industrial settings as well as was an entrepreneur in the retail and wholesale industry in Saint John. Her passion to reduce poverty and grow the economy, while building and supporting her community in a holistic approach, makes her a perfect fit for her role.
Outside of work Mandy loves spending time with family and friends while taking advantage of new experiences and opportunities that NB has to offer.
Christina Allain is the Micro and Social Enterprise Program Coordinator for the Saint John Community Loan Fund. She brings up to date tips and trends to her workshops. Drawning on her Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree in Economics, and her work for organizations such as Enterprise Kent and the New Brunswick Association of the Community Business Development Corporations (CBDCs), she can bring a theoretical and practical approach to help you navigate your social enterprise. In her spare time Christina is a board member of Slow Food in Canada and Slow Food Cocagne Acadie.
The Co-operative Enterprise Council of NB is a not-for-profit community economic development organization providing technical and advisory services to groups interested in collaborative, community-based initiatives. The CECNB also founded the Atlantic Council for Community & Social Enterprise.

Catherine Doucette, Doucette Training and Communications Inc.
Catherine makes a measurable impact on organizations by delivering classroom and one-on-one programs in business communications, leadership, training for trainers (facilitation, learning styles, etc.) and customized subject areas.
She has worked with those dealing with low income or low literacy, nurses and dietitians, international students, business owners, leadership teams, as well as corporate training professionals.
Along with more than two decades of experience, she is one of seven nationally Certified Training and Development Professionals (CTDP) in New Brunswick. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, as well as a Master’s degree in Adult Education.
Catherine’s desire to shape leaders extends to the university setting as well. She teaches in the MBA and Adult Education programs of the University of New Brunswick. She also is an associate facilitator at St. Francis Xavier University in the Diploma in Adult Education program.
The Institute for Performance and Learning awarded Catherine its National Volunteer Award in 2015 for launching and chairing its New Brunswick Chapter since 2011.

Sari LaBelle, NuFocus Strategic Group
Sari LaBelle brings a wealth of knowledge to the classroom drawing from her more than 15 years of experience in fundraising and managing non-profit programs ranging between $10,000 and $50 million. Having most recently held the position of Director of the School of Advanced Fund Development (RBR Development Associates Ltd.), Sari has developed and delivered fundraising training to non-profit leaders across the country.

Julie Theriault Guitard
Originally from Grand Falls, Julie has been in the Campbellton region for approximately 30 years. In 1999, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Moncton. After having worked as a project analyst at the CBDC Restigouche, Mrs. Thériault Guitard accepted the Restigouche Entrepreneurship Centre’s director position. During the last 15 years, she continues to share her entrepreneurship passion by working in the economic development with small and medium size businesses as well as with different organizations. For what has now been 5 years, Mrs. Thériault Guitard has developed another passion, that of the personal growth component. With her experience and her own personal growth, she has made a profound realization that she is the master of her life.
Mrs. Ouellette finished her studies at the CCNB Dieppe in Small business management in 2005. In July of 2005, she was hired by the Restigouche Entrepreneurship Centre where she presently works as an entrepreneurial advisor. During the last 9 years, Renel is a certified Personality Dimensions facilitator. In 2010, she became a trainer to train the people to offer the Personality Dimensions workshop. She shares her passion for entrepreneurship throughout the Restigouche region and accompanies her clients in the process of opening a business. Her knowledge on different subjects such as entrepreneurship, employability, human resources, motivating employees, allows her to present different subjects with a lot of enthusiasm.
Mrs. Irvine received a Bachelor of Business Administration with First Class Honors in Leadership Studies from Saint Francis Xavier University. Since then, she has acquired extensive experience in various fields; such as, business administration, human resources, economic development and personal development.She possesses years of experience delivering a wide variety of workshops to a diverse clientele. These workshops have pertained to topics such as: entrepreneurship, employability, work orientation and personal growth. Since 2008, she has worked at the Restigouche Entrepreneurship Centre, where she continues to work towards achieving the organization’s mandate of promoting entrepreneurial awareness.Melissa is very passionate about entrepreneurship and personal development. Her positive attitude, energetic personality and experience allow her to deliver workshops in a very fun, motivating and informative fashion.
Laurie Bourque, Kensington Associates
Laurie Bourque, CMC, has worked in a variety of industries in regional, national, and international spheres. Laurie shares his 20-plus years of project management experience in his workshops.
Established in 2003, Kensington Associates provides training and consulting services to non-profits and private companies across New Brunswick. Previous clients include the Boys & Girls Club of Riverview, the Moncton Flight College and the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce.
